We strongly believe that our goal is to achieve our valuable customers’ true trust and for improvement of our products and services we take initiative of raising the quality standards of the products and the workmen spirit with the help of our Q/A and Q/C departments. 

Our quality assurance department and quality control department, ensure to meet all the specifications of our customers. Incase of non-availability of specifications from customers, we follow our own standards which are issued to processing department along with each and every processing job. 

Our quality assurance department and quality control department are working independently under the supervision of well-qualified and experienced staff, who can stop the production at any stage or at any time if it is found that the processing is not according to the required standard. The Q/A & Q/C departments are backed up by our in-house well synchronized & well equipped laboratory. 

The function of quality control starts by the selection of best greige fabric, which is
only accepted for further processes when it is thoroughly & 100% checked and passed by our in-house quality control department. During the pre-treatment process, our quality control department keeps on performing their function by checking & ensuring each and every specified requirement, either from our valuable customers and/or from our quality assurance department. 

During printing, the same function is maintained. Besides maintaining specifications, stability, color consistency and shade matching is also emphasized up-to highest standard. The procedure continues in finishing process of the fabric where special attention is given on achieving required feel of the fabric. 

After the processing activities, the whole lot of fabric is thoroughly checked before dispatching for cutting and stitching. Not even a single meter of fabric is allowed to move ahead until and unless, having certified and approved by concerned quality control section of the department. After checking the fabric before cutting and stitching, the Q/C department for processing hands over the report to quality control department for stitching, who ensures to monitor the fabric during stitching. 

Made-ups are given utmost importance during stitching. At every stage of stitching, the specifications are referred and ensured to be followed. Folding & packing of the goods are also monitored by quality control department, who play a remarkable role to improve the quality and appearance of the made-ups. 

The processes & the procedures are not the only area of our consciousness about
quality. Being an active and responsible supplier, we also care about the safety,
health, environmental concerns and pollution-free atmosphere, for which we have been certified from Swiss Institution for Ecotex Standard 100.
